How do I care for my embroidered cushion?
Do not dry clean. Hand wash and do not ring out as this may distort the embroidery. Dry flat and do not tumble dry. If you need to iron your cushion covers do so on the reverse side with a cool iron.

How do I care for my velvet Lampshade?
Wipe down with a damp cloth. Wipe in the direction of the pile of the velvet.
How do I care for my embroidered sheepskin?
Give the sheepskin a gentle brush with a carding/slicker brush to get out any knots. Be careful not to brush too close to the embroidery as the brush might get tangled in the embroidery threads and may destroy it.
We do not recommend you wash your sheepskin as it will distort the embroidery. If areas need spot cleaning we suggest you use a "Wool Safe" or "Wool Approved" laundry product on the particular area. Dry away from direct sunlight and direct heat and lay flat with circulating air if possible. Once dry gently brush.
Is the embroidered sheepskin suitable for everyday use?
Our embroidered sheepskins are made with the utmost attention to detail and care, but unlike regular sheepskin they are more suited to occasional use as a decorative accessory. While the embroidery is fairly robust, constant use, being sat on or slept on will result in it getting shabby and possibly damaging the embroidery a lot sooner than if it is used as a decorative item.
Is the embroidery hand or digitally embroidered.
Some is hand embroidered by hand in Brighton and some is digitally embroidered by small scale producers in the UK.
How long will the pre-order/bespoke order take.
Pre-orders and bespoke orders take between 6/8 weeks. If you need the item sooner please do get in contact and we will see what we can do for you.
Can you create a bespoke design and/or colourway.
Yes. Just contact us with the design or the idea you have in mind and we can talk thorough the possibilities.
What if I change my mind after I receive the item.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item please return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days. The item must be returned to us unused and in its original condition and packaging. We do not refund delivery charges on returns.
All returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of when the item was received by you. Returned items are the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend you use a trackable mail service.
If you have ordered a bespoke item and look to return it we will only refund you in exceptional circumstances.
What payment methods are available?
We use Paypal to take payments. We don't store any of your details. You don't need to have a Paypal account.
